Step Two
Set Up A Consultation
Once we have received your New Client Questionnaire, we will check our availability for your event date and contact you for any further information. If we are available, we will move forward and set up a free consultation.
**Attention WEDDING Clients** In order for Willow & Ivy Design to provide a thorough consultation, you must come prepared with the following information:
• Must have chosen a time and location for event(s) •
• Must know a budget •
• Must know services needed for event •
• Must have chosen a theme, color scheme, vision, etc •
• Must have decided on bridal party outfits (Dresses, Tux, Etc) •
• Must know the number of pieces needed (Bouquets, Corsages, Boutonnieres, Centerpieces, Etc) •
• Must know decor needed (if any) •
• Must provide inspiration photos, color swatches, décor samples, etc •
*Our designers will not schedule a consultation until the above criteria is met by the wedding client. Willow & Ivy aims to keep their process as efficient as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you!
*Quotes will not be reworked or adjusted until a deposit is paid
Step Three
Reserve Your Date
After your consultation, you will receive an event quote.
In order to book services from Willow & Ivy Design, the following are required:
• $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date •
• Sign a Floral / Rental / Service contract •

Step Four
Enjoy Your Engagement/Planning
Congratulations! The rest of this process is easy! Let Willow & Ivy take care of all the details and planning while you enjoy the countdown to your event! We will follow up to confirm your services prior to your big day to be sure nothing has changed.
*Reminder* Your down payment will be due one month prior to your event date, and final balance due upon delivery.
