Does Willow & Ivy Design offer delivery & pickup services?

​

No, rental items need to be picked up and dropped off at our studio. If we are delivering florals or also providing services for your event, we may offer to bring the rental items.

How can I reserve items for my event?

​

Please follow our Booking Process to contact us regarding the item and date availability. If items are available, a $200, non-refundable deposit and signed rental contract is required to lock in your items for your event.

Do you require a minimum dollar amount for rentals?

​

No, we understand that some events are small and others are grand, therefore there are no minimums required to rent items.

Can I see items or set up mock décor in person for a better visual?

​

Of course! Though we list all of our inventory with photos on our Rental Catalog, we understand it can be hard to envision it all coming together. We offer a free consultation just for this reason!

Is there a security/rental deposit required for rentals and is it refunded?

​

We do require a $200 deposit to lock in your items for your date. This $200 goes towards your total balance due. If your rental balance is less that $200, then the deposit becomes the total balance of rentals. Willow & Ivy Design ALSO requires a credit card on file to cover incidentals such as loss/theft, damages, cleaning fees, or items returned in an unfit condition after the event.
