Our client's satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with all designs and services performed by Willow & Ivy Design. If there is ever an issue, Willow & Ivy will take appropriate measures to resolve the situation. 

Substitutions

When working with live plant material, we cannot always guarantee availability of specific floral material as it is dependent on season, weather, suppliers, etc. Though Willow & Ivy will do everything they can to find exactly what you are looking for, substitutions may be necessary. Willow & Ivy reserves the right to substitute any floral material that arrives below the quality standards of the designers. Replacements will match client colors, textures, and event theme per designer discretion.

Reservation Process

Willow & Ivy Design operates on a respectful first come-first served basis. In regards to weddings and events, no client shall be passed over due to a new client with the same event date without proper notification and denial of services by the original client. New client quotes will expire after two weeks without a confirm/deny response, thus forfeiting the clients priority for that date. Willow and Ivy may double book event dates dependent on workload and availability. 

Privacy Policy

Client information will not be shared with outside parties without the consent of the client. Willow & Ivy Design reserves the right to use client names and photos for promotional purposes. 

Design Standard

Design plans and recipes will not be released or shared to a potential client until a minimum 50% down payment is received for the event. All of our designers' works are custom and are not to be replicated. Willow & Ivy allow the use of our design photos for admiring and inspirational uses only.
